How it works:
- You will receive a fitness evaluation and consultation with a personal trainer
- Based upon this consultation, we create a fitness program customized to fitness your goals and needs.
- You are placed in the appropriate program (personal training, classes and/or smaller group training) to meet your goals and budgetary needs
- Regardless of the option you choose, you will recieve DAILY accountablity and program and schedule customized to meet your unique goals
ALL members recieve:
- Custom off-day fitness plan
- Regular weigh-ins, accountability and top quality fitness and nutrition coaching
- Done for you meals and shopping lists
- A fun and supportive training enviornment where everyone knows your name
