Peak Fitness Running Club

Seeking to add miles to your training? Do you enjoy working out in a group? If so, we invite all members to check out our Peak Fitness running club.

What to expect:

  • The group employs the Couch to 5K program designed to gradually introduce and improve running pace for new runners
  • For more experienced runners, we offer an “advanced pace group” intended to cut miles from your current run time
  • All runners recieve extensive evaluation and instruction on injury prevention
  • Meet workout buddies that share your goals and interests

   Group information:

  • Our group meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm in the 1st Presbyterian Church Parking lot. Click here for directions 
  • Our run will take place around Lake Hollingsworth and generally lasts a total of 45 to 60 minutes including stretching and dynamic warm up
