What is a fitness evaluation?
During your evaluation, we will conduct a detailed fitness and postural evaluation as well as discuss your individual goals. Based upon this information, we will connect you with the proper program, coach and type of training (personal training, fitness plan, etc) to meet your goals in an effective and personalized fashion.
Please note, evaluations generally take 30-40 minutes (come dressed to exercise). With this in mind, include preferred training times as well as your contact info in the form below and we will get in touch to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
