Overview: Are old injuries, aches and pains or fear of getting injured holding you back from achieving the shape you have always wanted?

Based upon a thorough fitness/posture assessment, our Centurion Fitness program combines flexibility, strength training and conditioning to develop a body which is lean, fit and able to perform at any age.

Program features:

  • Frequent workouts- 3 workouts per week designed at Peak Fitness.
  • Core and flexibility- All classes feature extensive stretching, core and mobility work to flatten the stomach and eliminate aches and pains.
  • Strength Training- Master the strength of your own body with functional exercises designed to make you stronger in daily life

  • Accountability and support- Weigh-ins, daily emails, nutrition and expert instruction from Lakeland’s finest fitness coaches

Training schedule-Monday thru Friday

  • AM- 6-7 AM, Noon

Workout of the day: Challange workout Friday

  • Hard exercises- Band pullbacks/broad jumps/burpee/lateral push ups
  • Easy exercises- Air squat/elevated burpee/band pullback/lateral crawl
  • Instructions- Perform twenty reps of each exercise back to back as circuit. Count down by two and start again at 18 reps. Repeat circuit counting down until you reach 2. Record time to complete.
