  2. Peak Nutrition coaching: For experienced weightloss seekers as well as those who have undergone our cleansing program, our nutrition coaching program provides a comprehensive meal plan and nutritional advisement to achieve and maintain goals for a lifetime.

Peak Nutrition coaching process:

  1. Consultation: Week #1
    • Client fills out standard health form/nutrition questionnaire
    • Client is asked to keep a food journal for three days to get a sense of their diet
    • Trainer consults with client on foods listed in calorie log and creates "favorite meals" of acceptable foods
    • Client is then assigned weekly calorie target, meal examples and a healthy shopping list
  2. Weekly nutrition consultations:
    • Each week, trainer and client set/review weekly/monthly nutrition and weightloss goals
    • Clients are assigned weekly calorie assignment and menus based upon travel and exercise schedule (eating more on exercise days or less during down time).
    • Client is instructed on skills for long term weightloss
    • Calorie counting
    • Healthy shopping
    • Portion sizes and control
    • Emotional eating, etc
