Fitness Classes
Peak Fitness Class System:
At Peak Fitness, we feel it is important that each client is placed in the appropriate classes and fitness programs to achieve their goals in the safest and most effective manner possible.
With this in mind, each client is given a thorough evaluation to assess fitness and posture prior to training. Based upon this assessment, clients are placed in fitness classes with individuals of similar goals and fitness levels. Clients also are assigned a fitness program that covers all areas of nutrition, posture and cardiovascular training.
All members receive:
- Individualized postural screening to determine and eliminate weakness
- Custom fitness plan (cardio and strength training)
- Nutritional guidance
- Individualized corrective exercise
Smaller Group Training Schedule:
Monday-Wed-Friday:
- AM classes: 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9-10
- PM classes:4:30-5:30, 6-7
Tuesday-Thursday:
- AM classes: 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9-10
- PM classes:4-5, 5-6, 6-7
Modelfit Program Training Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday: 6-7, 7-8 PM
Saturday:
- Boxing class- 9:30-10:30 AM
- Core Complete (abs) class- 9-9:30 AM

Group training program descriptions:
- Smaller Group Training- Fast paced training groups of 4-8 clients of similar goals working toward a shared objective. Each client is given an individualized plan which is performed alongside their teammates for motivation and support under the watchful direction of a fitness coach.
- Modelfit Group Training- Modelfit is a 90 day program designed specifically to achieve optimal body composition and photoshoto shape in 90 days. The program incorporates a mix of strength training and conditioning along with specific nutrition to achieve optimal body composition. This program is meant for serious individuals whose fitness and commitment levels are high. You must be willing to commit to a rigorous fitness program.
Fitness classes descriptions:
- Core Complete (Advanced abdominal sculpting) – Dramatically improve muscle tone, posture and hard to hit areas all without touching a weight! Featuring advanced sculpting techniques proven to techniques systemically flatten the stomach and tone each part of the mid-section, rear, and shoulders,
- Boxing class – A high intensity mix of boxing, mixed martial arts and heavy bag training intended to burn up to 1000 calories per hour!
