Fitness Kickstart Overview

The Fitness kickstart program is a group exercise program geared to work with your schedule and diet. By providing group exercise sessions in combination with healthy post workout nutrition, we provide the consistency, intensity and motivation to meet your goals.

Class schedule:

The Early riser: Wake up your body with our early morning classes guaranteed to boost daily metabolism through strength training and dynamic flexibility movements.

Class times: 5 am- 7:30 am available

Out to lunch: Too busy to get to the gym after work? Rather than heading out to eat for lunch or breakfast, join a friend at our convenient South Lakeland location tto work up a sweat for complete toning and fitness.

The night owl: Usually held right after working hours, this class gives participants the opportunity to unwind and renew before heading home. It serves as a healthy alternative to leaving work only to fall in front of the TV or walk straight to the pub. During this 60 minute class, the instructor leads members through an exerting series of full body workouts and an extended cooldown to relieve stress and muscular tension.

Class times: 5:30 pm- 9 pm available

Five reasons to join our program:

  1. Group structure: We keep our groups small (6-8 users) to ensure each users is given the necessary attention and support from their trainer.
  2. Group workouts: After your evaluation, group members participate in two strenuous 45 minute workouts per week with groups of 5-8 members. Based upon exercises in your plan, these workouts provide the intensity and expert instruction to ensure progression and proper form.
  3. Expert support: Members will be given a custom workout to follow, along with 24 hour email access to your trainer and a workout library of exercise progressions. Under the supervision of your trainer, your workout will be monitored and progressed on a weekly basis.
  4. Nutrition support: To ensure proper fuel for your workout, we provide a variety of healthy selections from local restaurants at a considerable discount. Orders are phoned in before training to ensure food is available upon competition of your workout.
  5. Convenient pricing: Peak Fitness offers employers access to three corporate memberships: they can purchase the memberships outright; they can subsidize the costs of membership; or they can take advantage of open-enrollments where the gym offers discounted memberships based on the number of employees who join the club.

RESULTS EVALUATION PROCESS:

  1. Initial Consultation: Through a detailed questionnaire, we will identify individual risk factors and barriers to health (lack of time, support, information, etc) to craft a routine that works for the schedule and needs of each group member.
  2. Weekly Progression: Client logs and progress will be reviewed by a group fitness coach who will offer weekly suggestions and advice via email. Clients will also be given the opportunity to meet with their coach during group workouts.
  3. Monthly health screenings: Each month, we will conduct detailed health screenings to track progress of participants. Based upon these screenings, we will set monthly weightloss/performance goals for each team.
