Chris has over 8 years of experience in fitness, and holds fitness certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Chris is also certified in Sports Nutrition with the International Society of Sports Nutrition and a Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of drugless Practitioners.

Doug, owner of Peak Fitness, has a Masters Degree in Physical Education, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a certified personal trainer. He has been a fitness director for YMCAs in Lakeland, Honolulu and Birmingham, as well as Director of the U.S. Coast Guard Exercise Facility in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Steven M. Lucido, LMT. has over twenty years of experience in medical massage. He has worked with local chiropractic physicians, and has rendered professional help to the people of Polk County, including amateur and professional athletes and dancers. His massage skills include Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. These techniques facilitate muscle recovery, muscle repair, and result in a feel-good experience.
