Exercise band
For use in metabolic home workouts, exercise bands of varying resistance to accommodate clients of different levels. Select either heavy or extra heavy for purposes of training.
Jungle Gym
The Jungle Gym pull up system can be attached to a doorway, around a tree or variety of surfaces for circuits and resistance training.
Valslide resistance system
The Valslide resistance system utilizes friction to add resistance to ground based exercises such as push ups, lunges, and core training.
8-12lbs Medicine Ball
Medicine balls are used for power, core and metabolic circuit training in our programs.
Flexibility/recovery:
Foam roller
Foam rollers are used to roll over tight muscles to release triggers points and decrease muscle soreness and pain. These tools are essential for the mobility portion of your program.
Mini-glute band
The mini-band is placed around the ankles and utilized for leg lifts and side shuffles to strengthen the glute and posterior muscles. Choose either the green or blue band.
MB Stretch band
This stretching strap is utilized to perform stretching as practiced in our pre-workout routine.
Tiger Tail Stick
The stick is provides a much more focused massage for smaller muscles such as the foot and calves which are difficult to reach with a traditional foam roller
