Overview: Pounds off with Peak is a 12 week competition in which teams of 3-5 people compete for total fatloss and/or gains in fitness, strength and performance. Start the new year off right by challenging yourself to achieve Peak Fitness!
Participants will be given the opportunity to participate in one or all of the three catagories below to win prizes and ger fit at the same time. In order to participate, you must compete in at least one contest catagory below.
The challenge begins on January 30th 2012.
Thirty day kickstart offer: Sign up for the competition and recieve one month of smaller group training for free (Because we have a limited number to fill in our smaller training groups, this offer is a first come first serve basis).

Contest Catagories:
- Fatloss- Total inches and bodyfat lost
- Performance- Physical performance in fitness tests (strength, endurance, etc) conducted at beginning and end of competition
How it works:
- Download our team registration form by clicking on this link. Fill out the form and return it via email or drop off to register your team.
- Review our challenge rules and guidelines for weigh-in dates and to learn how the contest works.
- Distribute our challenge flyer to your church, business, friends, etc. Recieve free entry and $25 gift certificate torward personal training or smaller group training at Peak Fitness for each participant refered to our program.
How we hold you accountable:
- Daily accountability emails
- Weekly weigh-in
- Before/after pictures- Front, side, back in form fitting clothes showing arms and stomach- Every two weeks/optional
- Winning teams recieves over 900 dollars in cash and prizes!
