As a personal trainer and model for close to ten years, these are some of the questions I am frequently asked (and even asked myself) about getting in to great shape.
The reality is these questions (and many more) robs most people of the consistency necessary to achieve their goal. And chances are that a few small changes are all that you need to kickstart your routine to life this January (I even address issue here).
While I do not claim to have all the answers (though I do have many), what I learned from experience is that because our bodies are constantly adapting to burn less calories with each session, the key is knowing how to frequently change up your routine to bring about the right physical result.
And this concept is what Model Fit is all about.
What is Modelfit?
Modelfit is a 90 day body transformation program which combines traditional weight training, metabolic conditioning and specific posture improvement with easy to follow nutrition to achieve quick and lasting physical change. Model Fit is based upon my many years of training models, actors and figure competitors to achieve dramatic physical change in minimal time.
In addition to giving you the “look” of a model, I have teamed up with re-knowned fashion photographer Joni Finkbiner and spa and skincare guru Tony Pearson to offer a complete model “makeover” which provides you all the tools to get signed with an agency, prepare for that critical photoshoot or simply look fantastic for your event or big day.
This package includes:
- Three intense sixty minute workouts per week
- Easy to follow done for you meals and shopping lists
- “Before and After” photoshoots with Finkbiner photography
- Complete and ongoing spa therapy with Planet Beach including
- Red light skin therapy
- Tanning
- Facial

Modelfit is proud to announce the 2012 “Get Ripped” Contest
Ready to get ripped? We are searching for 20 motivated people prepared to do battle by taking their bodies to the next level while competing for prizes and modeling jobs worth over $900.
How does it work?
- 20 male and female participants will undergo a “before” photoshoot to document current physical condition
- All contest participants will be given the full Modelfit treatment described above to take your body to the next level
- Contestants will receive a profile on our contest website for exposure to agents, casting directors and the public
- At the end of our 90 day competition, we put your results on camera with an “after” photoshoot
- Photos will be voted on by our panel of judges and the winner will receive our prize package which includes
- Full portfolio photoshoto with Finkbiner Photography
- Free year of fitness and nutrition training at Peak Fitness
- Insert Planet Beach offer
- Placement assistance with local and international modeling agencies and jobs
How do I get involved?
Simply sign up for the first 90 day Modelfit cycle gets you entry in the competition and all the tools and exposure neccesary to get noticed. Because are only allowing 20 people per contest, entry in to the program comes on a first come first serve basis. Contest dates will be announced in early to mid January.
