Small Group Training Program:
Program features:
- Suffer alone no more- Focused training sessions with groups 3-6 people.
- Bullet proof nutrition- Done for you meals and shopping list
- Complete fitness program- Travel workouts, exercises to improve posture and the world’s most power ab circuits.
- Intense and progressive workouts- Three sixty minute classes per week
- Daily accountability- Progress photos, weigh-ins and daily emails.
Peak Fitness FREE is offering free small group classes from December 19th through December 31st. We invite all participants to drop in for any two small group classes to give us a try!
Smaller group training schedule:
- Monday-Wed-Fri
o AM- 6-7 AM, 7-8 AM, 8-9 AM, 9-10 AM
o PM- 3:30-4:30 PM, 4:30-5:30 PM, 6:00- 7:00 PM
- Tuesday- Thursday
o AM- 6-7 AM, 7-8 AM, 8-9 AM, 9-10 AM
o PM- 4:00-5:00 PM, 6:00- 7:00 PM
- Drop in for a free class to experience a preview of what the program is all about
